Just uploaded a video on the best diet breakfast food. I can’t stress enough on how important it is to eat breakfast every morning if you want to lose weight. Oatmeal may not be everyone’s favorite breakfast food, but it sure does a good job on filling you up and many people drop several pounds by just making this one simple diet switch.
